I put your needs in the forefront of each massage
I blend swedish massage techniques with a number of other styles of massage to customize each session

Deep Tissue Massage reaches into deeper layers of fascia and muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes as well as those who sit for long periods of time.
I have several modalities I use to reach deep tissues, including cupping therapy and even light fascial work that has the ability to reach deep into the body
The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood and tissues as well as improving flexibility in the body.
My credential from my alma mater, Bancroft School of Massage, Worcester, Ma is in
Swedish Medical Gymnastics
Hot Stone Massage is often paired with my Swedish Massage. My cylindrical soap stones are heated and used with oils to soothe, warm, and massage your muscles. Depending on your muscle's needs, my salt stones may be used either warmed or room temperature to achieve the best effect, allowing your body to relax and release tension and stress.
this time is limited to problem area treatment. I may incorporate heat or cold therapies,
vibration with tuning forks to reach deeply into the body, or topical remedies to treat painful problem areas
a full hour session may incorporate hot or cold therapies to reduce/relax muscle tension, as well as vibration and topicals
this session allows more time for focused problem area work, which may incorporate cupping, hot/cold therapies, tuning fork work and topicals
this session will incorporate whichever modalities are required to help with pain and muscle tension, as well as time to unwind and all the muscle relation to to spread throughout the nervous system
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
Not at all, just don't be late!
Should I bring different clothes to change into after my massage?
You may choose to do that. Despite the fact that the oil I use
(fractionated coconut oil) washes out readily, and does NOT become
rancid or smell in washed and dried clothing, any oil will, over time,
affect the elastics in clothing by weakening those threads.
Do I need to book another appointment before I leave?
Although this will assure your needs in my schedule, you may have a
complicated schedule that may preclude your ability to do that.
Not a problem. Just call or text my number 603-224-8878 and we can
set up your next appointment at a later date.
Although I don't use these exclusively, I do like the therapeutic aspects of their blends. I have witnessed very positive client responses to oils like Valor and Deep Relief, as well as my personal blends with the Biblical oils like Frankincense and Myrrh among others. I DO sell YL products by order, generally I do not have product on hand
This Swiss company established in 1930 has created many creams, sprays and lotions to treat skin ailments as well as joint and muscle pain. My favorite products are JuniperCream, which warms the muscles without feeling HOT or COLD like many of the products in the drug store, and the Arnica/Devil's Claw/Frankincense Creamy Gel, which is incredibly effective with joint pain. I also personally use a refreshing Tea Tree/Rosalina Foot Spray to keep my feet clean and moisturized.
without enough time to offer your appointment time to someone else, I may be left
"sitting on my hands", which is not only unproductive, but may preclude somone who may have called that day from having a needed appointment
